About the Role:

The Senior Product ExpertTrade Spend Management position will have ownership and responsibility for the SAP TPM product domains within the Commercial Product suite globally.  This requires a broad range of multi-disciplinary skills such asSAP Trade Management, BW – TSM knowledge, Trade Promotion Management, HQ Planning, Target / Funds Management, Account Planning, Promotion Planning, Scenario Planning Promotion Execution, Pricing, Claims, Settlements and Pre / Post Event analytics, including solution design, change management, product management and more.  The Senior Product Expert TSM speaks with authority on their suite of solutions and provides specialist professional and technical advice to senior leaders in both Finance and Technology domains, and provides input into strategic decisions for the solution area of Trade Spend Management. The Senior Product Expert TSM requires both technical and interpersonal skills to design, describe, and manage their technology domain and how they interact with other domains.

Job Description

• Deep SAP configuration experience in: SAP Trade Promotions Management, Trade Funds Management, Scenario Planning, Promotion Planning, Claims Management
• Understanding of End-to-End functional aspects within Trade Promotion Management, HQ Planning, Target / Funds Management, Account Planning, Promotion Planning, Scenario Planning Promotion Execution, Pricing, Claims, Settlements and Pre / Post Event analytics
• Proven ability to engage with business process owners to understand the business needs and priorities, lead requirement gathering and analysis, and design solutions leveraging appropriate tools and platforms.
• Knowledge and understanding of local legal and fiscal requirements and their implications on the ERP template.
• Knowledge of external and internal best practices relevant to aligned process area.

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

• 8+ years experience in implementing large and complex SAP Projects, solution build, configuration and delivery to meet business requirements.
• Expert hands on experience in deploying SAP solutions using configuration in SAP Trade Promotions Management, Trade Funds Management, Scenario Planning, Promotion Planning, Claims Management
• Master data configuration knowledge in SAP CRM for SAP Trade Management solution
• Demonstrated breadth of knowledge and solution delivery experience across the end-to-end financial process and its integration points with other processes (ECC integration for master data replication, SAP SD OTC cycle, pricing, rebates, deduction claim settlement functionality) acquired through multiple hands-on roles in global SAP implementations

Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

• Certification in SAP Trade Management and/or S4 HANA are a plus
• Experience of CRM/ TPM processesExperience in working with Agile, Scrum, Kanban and waterfall delivery models 
• Experience in an FMCG commercial and manufacturing environment, or other regulated environment
• Experience with middleware e.g. SAP PO and API technologies
• Experience with SAP Solution Manager
• Prior experience with emerging technologies including ML, AI, IoT and Blockchain is a plus
