Role Overview:
The Global Remote Delivery Team operates in the Application Services, Client Engineering, Automation and Cyber Security space. Working at the cutting edge, we provide solutions and support services for our customers globally.
The Global Remote Delivery Team is looking for a leader who will cultivate strong customer relationships ensuring a 'customer for life' relationship. Holds responsibility for achieving the Dell Technologies Bar of Excellence as the highest level of Customer Satisfaction for every customer. Acts as the trusted advisor to the customers executive team. Work collaboratively across customer key stakeholder organizations such as line of business leaders and IT decision makers. Working independently or as a team lead consulting with others as an SME. May Lead multi-functional teams at program management level and coordinates activities across multiple projects. Participates as an SME in developing internal training content and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creates/owns solutions documentation and leads technical customer engagements.
- Leads executive level customer facing presentations, responsible for identifying and developing new opportunities at existing clients as well as opportunities with new clients.
- Develops and implements best practices and process improvements throughout the organization, influences and negotiates cross-functional teams, Manage Escalation & Change Control procedures necessary.
- Build and develop team competence through certifications and training programs.
- Prepares technical architectural and implementation design documents and works with the Project Manager to develop the implementation plan
- 12+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor’s degree; or 8+ years with a Master’s degree; or 5+ years with a PhD; or equivalent experience
- SCCM \MECM \Intune Subject Matter Expert, proven track record in Mobile Device Management.
- Advanced knowledge, understanding and application of project management principles and methodologies.
- Strong organizational planning and development, business judgment, influential skills and technical leadership
- Experience with establishing processes, controls, risk management and resource allocation.
Desirable Requirements
- Knowledge and experience in running multifunctional and remote teams
- Excellent understanding of SCCM\MECM \Intune design and administration.
- Advanced writing skills and demonstrated ability to document processes for the customer.
