Key responsibilities:
Enforce standardization of security across the network by following defined policies
Prioritize security across the WAN and LAN under a Zero Trust premise
Design and implement new solutions to improve resilience and security of the current environment
Ensure network vulnerabilities are remediated in a timely manner
Root Cause Analysis of outages and problem remediation
Stay up to date with the latest technologies and security standards
Create and maintain documentation and network diagrams
Key tasks:
Maintain secure and up to date firmware baseline across the network
Define and implement security policies for all network related activities and processes
Remote support and troubleshooting of network related issues
Liaise with other teams (project management, First Response, System Administrators and Architects)
Handle escalated Incidents and performing advanced troubleshooting
Effectively communicate to handle issues in the most adequate manner.
Coordinate with Hempel Digital suppliers and partners
Travelling might be required in relation to IT projects.
Required education, experience and job-related skills:
Experience with firewalls (Cisco ASA, Checkpoint, Fortinet)
CCNA Security, CompTIA Security+, CISA/CISSP or similar desirable
Work experience with Cisco & Meraki SDWAN.
Experience with Aruba central, Aruba SD-WAN, Aruba ClearPass (ACCA/ACCX desirable), Aruba Instant and aruba switches.
Experience supporting Data Center infrastructure & Understanding of carrier technology
Experience with Fortigate firewalls (NSE4 desirable)
Organised and capable of meeting deadlines.
Flexible and adaptable attitude
Ability to work as part of a team as well as individually
Fluent in English – oral and writing
