Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager - Sales (B2C) to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing entire sales, demonstrating strong leadership skills, possessing analytical capabilities, and having a deep understanding of sales strategies. Experience in BPO/Call Center/Inside Sales or any other B2C ( tele-sales ) setup is mandatory. The Senior Manager will oversee the sales team, drive revenue growth, and ensure the achievement of sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Should have managed a team of 15-20 sales executives, ensuring consistent growth and achievement of targets.
2. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals.
3. Utilize analytics to identify sales trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
4. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and increase revenue.
5. Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales processes and enhance customer experience.
7. Monitor and analyze sales data, including Profit and Loss statements, to make informed business decisions.
8. Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
9. Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and support the professional development of team members.
10. Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, addressing their needs and concerns effectively.
Qualifications:
1. Post Graduate degree in Business Administration or Marketing/ Good sales experience.
2. Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of managing a business with high sales volume.
3. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
4. Experience in BPO/Call Center/Inside Sales is a plus.
5. Proficiency in understanding Profit and Loss statements and financial metrics.
6. Excellent leadership abilities, with a focus on driving results and fostering a collaborative team environment.
