Address- Responsible for the Project Management of Quality function.
- Liaison with functions like Process development group, Quality assurance, Technical services department, Quality control, Program managers to ensure smooth progress of service project.
- Attending customer calls and updating the status of service products with respect to activities pertaining to quality.
- Upgrade Quality of documents, To minimize number of iteration in documents shared with customer. Focus on GDP/ Right first item and adherence to SLAs .
- Monitoring of service projects progress through regular interaction and periodic review with internal stake holders and customers.
- Identifying areas of concern and taking necessary corrective actions proactively to avoid delays. Also raise alerts in any deviation and work on resolving the red flags.
- Accountable for Quality negotiations and firming up contract acceptor and contract giver responsibilities.
- Adherence to the commitments and timeline throughout project life cycle.
- Assisting in project kick-off meetings, schedule planning related to quality and smooth execution along with program managers and Quality function.
- Active involvement in monitoring & co-ordination in QA processes, development activities, Investigations, Process and analytical validation and transfers.
- Assist for product introduction assessment.
- Accountable for client calls and collaboration with the clients.
- Accountable for customer audit coordination and management for service projects.
- To anticipate and highlight and escalate show stoppers to the senior management for proactive resolutions.
- Maintaining the project health status in project trackers and updating to the senior management on regular intervals.
