Manage and oversee daily operations of the company

Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic plans for the company
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
5-8 years of experience in operations management or a related field
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop solutions
Experience managing cross-functional teams and working collaboratively with other departments
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
