Summary of Job
(Purpose/ objective of the job Department organogram to be enclosed)
- To set-up a model Occupational Health Centre with provision of health screening of employee, maintaining various statutory register as per the factories act.
- Periodic Health Monitoring of employees PEME and PME.
- To co-ordinate various audits conducted by Occupational health agencies and ensure implementation of post audits implementations.
- Provide health awareness training to work force for prevention of occupational disease .
- Conducting periodic First-Aid Training for the plant and security personnel.
- Conduct industrial Hygiene Audit for Canteen, periodic medical checks and immunization for canteen staff.
- Participates various health survey and provide necessary out come to management
- Counselling of employee on occupational health as well as personal health
- Round the clock medical services to employees and their families.
- To arrange consultancy specialized services at OHC.
- Care of all casualties/accidents arising out of work place and medical emergencies from residential areas during in house / out station hospitalization.
- To participate in various audits conducted by healthcare agencies and represent the company at various forums.
- Initiate and implement sustainable community development activities.
- Generate social good will for the company.

Qualification & Experience
MBBS, AFIH/DIH or CIH as approved by DDF of UP. with min 10years experience in chemicals industries.
Key
Competencies ( Technical, Functional & Behavioural)
- He /She should aware industrial health / toxicology / antidotes / and other clinical experience.
- Awareness in ISO 45000 and ergonomics.
- He should familiar with requirement of RC 14001 and other occupational medical standards.
