Role Summary:
Manage service & support for IT enabling function for Asia, India & Middle East. This includes the process improvement programs for efficiency, management of internal IT resources, outsourced contractors, tools, systems & processes along with project / program management.
Key Tasks:
Process Efficiency
- Close collaboration with Country managers/ business stakeholders to identify potential opportunities for process & tools improvements such as automation to achieve efficiency gain.
- Build business case including ROI, budget for the identified efficiency programs.
- Plan, develop, execute & report KPIs for all projects / programs.
- Support stakeholders with make vs buy decisions and specification of services and systems.
IT Infrastructure
- Manage IT assets including inventory management.
- Plan ahead to meet organizational needs per the growth projections. Create & implement annual plan & budget.
- IT Help Desk - Achieve highest levels of customer satisfaction.
- Report KPIs through dashboard & keep all stakeholders updated.
- Ensure complete compliance & adherence to applicable policies, procedures and laws.
Stakeholder & Team Management
- Set clear expectations about project deliverables, potential challenges, and risks involved and its mitigation.
- Coach & mentor IT team members & leaders for success.
Key Attributes:
- Minimum of 12-16 years of experience in IT with more than 5 years at manager level.
- Experienced in process automation projects.
- Should have people management experience.
- Experience in handling complex, decentralized, and centralized business environment.
- Bachelors degree in related technical field (i.e. Engineering or Computer Science).
- Experience with tools such as UiPath, Navision, SharePoint, iValua, would be preferred.
- Experience with manufacturing companies and related supply chain.
- Must be fluent English with good written and oral communication, articulation, presentation skills.
- Requirement to attend meetings, conferences, site visits in Asia.
