AddressStrategic Development :
- Engage with local Commercial team ; Country Manager, Sales team in defining and developing of digital solutions at patients, KOL, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, governments level to achieve a customer centric organization
- Demand generation growth (creating awareness and engagement for our products and therapy areas) through developing the local digital ecosystem (such as websites) and together with Brand Managers put through activities targeted towards healthcare personnel and end users.
- Develop, set and implement annual Digital Marketing plan together with Brand Managers.
- Understands challenges and opportunities which can be addressed by tangible innovative solutions and help generate and leverage true insights for incremental and disruptive business improvement.
- Champion change and innovation with the sales and marketing teams to enable differentiation with the use of digital solutions.
- Anticipate and recommends technical (or digital) solutions to business needs
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
- Overseeing the social media and consumer engagement strategy for the company
- Lead and Manage brand agencies, and other internal and external teams to ensure business needs and requirements are implemented with high quality and within service level agreements
- Ensure coordination of tasks among internal IT, business users and external vendors to meet support and project deliverables
- Project manage all levels of process modeling, change control, quality assurance, support and implementation tasks to ensure applications are delivered with high quality and on the commitment timelines
