Job Role: Senior Lead F&O Functional Consultant
Job Description:
Hands-on implementation and deployment of D365 F&O solution in multiple modules
Working collaboratively with customer stakeholders to explore, implement and leverage D365 F&O using the best development and implementation methodologies.
Participate in D365 F&O implementations throughout all project stages including analysis, design, development, test, and support.
Transform business requirements into a straightforward and functional/technical model and match processes to application requirements.
Effectively managing large work streams to stay within scope, meet or exceed project schedule and remain within the approved budget.
Design project schedules and set timelines for each member of the team and delegate specific tasks to each resource of the project.
Represent the organization in and lead Project Steering committee meetings, and conduct project status meetings.
Prepare functional specification for customization required.
End to End management co-ordination of the project and responsibility for the successful completion of the project within a stipulated budget.
Participate in pre-sales activities.
Ensure timesheets are entered and processed accurately and responsible for invoicing in relation to projects.
Developing long lasting and high-quality business relationships with clients by instilling trust and confidence
Foster teamwork, mentor, and train consultants on best practices, project methodology, and professional client service.
Assist with any other necessary task as required.
Knowledge and Expertise:
+7 years experience in MS Dynamics 365 F&O software implementations.
Strong understanding of industry-standard business practices supported by D365 Suite.
Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations implementation experience and certification
Possess a logical approach to problem solving and structured approach to introducing change into operational systems.
At least 2 full life cycle implementations
Experience leading large complex ERP projects.
Business intelligence understanding including Reporting and Analytics.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday with 1st and 3rd Saturday working.
