Job Description
Your Challenge
Lead the delivery of various LCA projects or tasks within such projects and ensure high quality results are delivered in a timely manner
Organize and lead regular internal and external customer project meetings
Clearly communicate objectives, timelines, project status, on a regular and consistent basis
Build the LCA models for various Products, systems, materials, production processes in GaBi and OpenLCA
Compile, verify, and interpret analysis results with findings and insights.
Prepare, visualize and present LCA reports to stakeholders
Develop standardized approach for conducting product LCAs in alignment with Engineering and Advanced Technology
Clearly identify issues and upgrades to the LCA processes and tools
Build quality control best practices into modeling, to assure proper interpretation and use of LCA model
Support ad-hoc LCA-related inquiries, analyses, and requests
Develop and apply expertise in all relevant standards, to include ISO 14040,14044, 14025, 21930
Monitor the latest research, industry trends, and methodologies of life cycle assessments
Support and educate cross functional colleagues of LCA model outputs, ultimately raising awareness of LCA and sustainability among them.
Train the Engineering colleagues for use of LCA Tool (GaBi)
Design and deliver trainings on key LCA topics
Generate, maintain and keep upto date all the knowledge documents applicable for LCA and sustainability topics
Your Profile
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree in Environmental/ Sustanability Engineering/ Science or similar discipline from reputed University or Institute
Minimum 5 years of work experience in Automotive Industry
Minimum 2 Years of work experience in Sustainability/ LCA Projects
Experience in conducting and managing R&D Projects
