About the team
We are a shared service train that works with Merchant product teams across multiple lines of business and technologies which include Integrated Payments, Commercial Digital Payments, Biller Solutions, Merchant MSFI, SMB, and Compliance. They will be working on the E2E train in a dedicated, semi-automated E2E test environment.
E2E testing is the verification of a process flow from beginning to end, ensuring all affected systems pass and process information as expected. Boarding, Servicing, Transaction Processing, Settlement, Chargebacks, Billing / Statements and Reports. DIFFERENT from Integration testing (only upstream and downstream applications) or Functional testing (tests only one application or train-specific testing). We are the last points of testing validation prior to production release.
What you will do:
Develop, maintain, and execute manual or automated test scripts, utilities, simulators, data sets and other programmatic test tools required to execute test plans in the E2E automated test environment.
Organize, manage, and update comprehensive automated testing plans for new and existing systems with input from quality engineers, system analysts and developers.
Organize and lead automated testing efforts for one or more areas within the E2E ecosystem.
Assist with multiple End to End testing projects and simultaneously maintain Agile and Safe project management methodologies.
Assist the E2E leads in collaborating with Product and IT Development teams to collect requirements and design solutions following best practices for all client/customer facing applications.
Assist to ensure all planned E2E testing is completed on-time, with the highest quality, and within budget.
Ensure all Quality Assurance and testing activities are conducted according to the SDLC and Agile SAFe practices.
Inputs and maintains test artifacts and updates data in test/project management tools.
Effectively communicates testing activities and findings in oral and written forms
What you bring:
7 Years of experience
Must exhibit strong knowledge in the concepts of software testing lifecycles and in different types of testing. (Functional, Regression, Integration and System Testing).
Experience in defect management including usage of tools like JIRA, TestRail, Quality Center, Rally etc.
Expertise in SDLC & STLC phases includes - Requirements analysis, Test Planning, Test Case Design, Test Estimation, Test Artifacts documentation, Test Execution, Defect Management, Test Reporting and Review.
Experience in API Testing using Swagger & Postman.
Working experience in Selenium/ Appium / RestAssure (API) with Java
Framework: TestNG, Junit, Cucumber/Jbehave (BDD) , Protractor for Angular JS based Applications or any equivalent test automation tool.
Project work exposure in Continuous Integration (CI)/CD

Eclipse/IntelliJ, GitHub, DB client tools (any),Postman
