We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Executive to join our team. As a Senior HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in shaping our workforce and ensuring the smooth functioning of our HR operations.
Responsibilities:
Recruiting and Hiring: Analyze market trends, consult stakeholders, and attract top talent to meet the organization's hiring needs.
Employee Onboarding and Training: Develop engaging onboarding processes and design training plans to enhance employee skills and drive company profitability.
Compensation and Benefits Management: Implement competitive compensation and benefits packages; manage salary reviews, promotions, and performance appraisals.
Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution: Foster a positive work environment, address grievances, and manage disciplinary actions.
Policy Development and Implementation: Develop and enforce fair HR policies to ensure consistency and fairness across the organization.
Performance Management: Implement performance review procedures and provide feedback and support for employees' professional development.
Compliance with Employment Laws: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, staying updated on legal requirements.
Organizational Development: Contribute to creating an optimal organizational structure to facilitate transparent information flow and maximize productivity.
Employee Engagement and Motivation: Implement initiatives, recognition programs, and career development opportunities to enhance employee engagement and performance.
HR Technology Implementation: Select and implement HR technology software that automates processes, reduces turnover, and provides key insights on employees for management.
Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on manufacturing industry
preferably for male candidates and immediate joining
Proven track record in successfully managing recruitment, employee onboarding, training, and performance management.
Strong understanding of compensation and benefits management, time office, leave management, labor laws, and safety regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels of the organization.
Ability to analyze data and provide insights to drive strategic decision-making.
Proficient in HR technology software and tools.
Extensive understanding of the human resources life cycle.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
