Position: Sr. HR Business Partner

Position Overview:
The Sr. HRBP will be responsible for recruitment and resolving all business queries across the company for Mid/Junior employees. As a HR Partner for business, provide support and leadership to drive the HR & ER strategy and ensure seamlessness and consistent employee experience on people processes and foster positive cultural change.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Be the face of HR in the company; Front end all HR activities.
- Responsible for recruitment of positions across the company.
- Need to maintain the staffing strength % of the Company.
- Plan a talent recruitment strategy for the company and each position.
- Get involved in Employee engagement activities.
- Track employee engagement scores and work proactively to improve them.
- Use PI as a Psychometric tool to improve the cultural fit.
- Lead campus recruitments
- Brand building for Talent
- Proactively reduce attrition.
- Meet Business Goals via HR intervention.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- Bachelors/Masters Degree in Business Administration.
- Minimum 8-12 years of experience as HR Business Partner.
- Experience in Recruitment, Employee Engagement, Performance Management
- Experience in interfacing with internal & external groups & Clients.
- Recent experience working in Manufacturing /Electrical/Electronics companies will be an added advantage.
- Understanding of HR Value chain and Business.
- Strong written & verbal communication skills for negotiating and attracting talent.
- Ability to frame a strategy.
