Research and prepare client presentations, reports and conduct in-person client meetings
Drive weekly calls with client & work jointly with internal team to drive campaign strategy development & present it to client
Identify growth opportunities from the client portfolio and drive revenue
Keeping customers updated about the value of our digital advertising products, such as SEO/SEM, Social Media Marketing, Reputation Management, digital training, etc.
Building a rapport with existing clients & ensuring client satisfaction
Ideating and creating solutions & media planning for prospective clients
To create informative decks for new & existing client
Work with cross-functional teams, including creative, media, and strategy, to deliver successful campaigns & client satisfaction
Keyskills required:
Great verbal and written communication skills, and presentation skills
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Understanding client goals/objectives and their entire digital marketing needs including Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Search Engine optimization (SEO), social media, Display Advertising. Email Marketing, Affiliate Marketing more
Experience managing clients in a digital ad agency would be an added advantage
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Experience: 3 to 4 years
