The Payroll Executive is in charge of payroll administration, employee data management, leave and absence monitoring.
Roles & Responsibilities
Perform Payroll administration activities including audit
• Collect Pay Data inputs & calculate gross pay
• Process gross to net payment, prepare monthly reconciliation report and share with finance for disbursement of payment
• Coordinate with and manage payroll vendor
• Process full and final settlement of exited employees
• Liaison with finance department for timely tax reporting and filings, ensure Form-16 release to all employees
• Ensure statutory compliance
• Administer benefit programs (Life Insurance, Health insurance, Accident insurance)
• Prepare data for actuarial valuation including Gratuity and leave valuation
• Support in managing Gratuity Trust
• Generate and distribute identification card for employees
• Address employee queries on payroll
• Prepare payroll related reports as required, maintain employee records for new hires, pay changes, and terminations, prepare and release salary review letters during increment cycles

• Education: Graduate / Post Graduate
• Experience: 4 – 6 years relevant experience
