The Opportunity
The opportunity we are looking is the Back-end operations department to serve the customers hassle-free payments to their accounts, as this would be the service delivery and expected to be 24*7 and 365 days.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Handle queries from internal & external stakeholders.
- Should take ownership of problem resolution.
- Keen to learn business processes and operational impact.
- Good query handling and customer support capability.
- The candidate will be responsible for delivering all operational activity as per TAT in the Payment Card Industry
Who Are We Looking For

- Knowledge of SQL and database handling required
- Working experience in Credit card/Debit card-related Organizations preferred.
- Good communication skills.
- Quick & good learner and team player.
- Proactive approach with the ability to take initiative in problem-solving.
- Working in all shifts (Morning, Afternoon, Night, and General) as per the roster and working on activities such as transaction processing, file upload, MIS preparation etc.
- Adhoc report generation.
- Handle queries from internal & external stake-holders.
- Should take ownership of problem resolution.
- Keen to learn business processes and operational impact.
- Good query handling and customer support capability.
- Candidate will be responsible for delivering all operational activity as per TAT in the Payment Card Industry.
