JOB PURPOSE Why does this role exist in the organization
Responsible for managing and executing all HR and administrative functions.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Organize and maintain personnel records
Complete joining formalities, onboarding and documentation of new hires.
Responsible for managing manpower vendors, their contracts and records of off roll team members.
Ensure legal compliance by external partners.
Dispatch and receipt of communications through post and couriers.
Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates)
Answer employee queries about HR-related issues
Assist finance and payroll department by providing relevant employee information for any deductions such as food, rent etc.
Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms.
Participate in HR projects (e.g. help organize a job fair event)
Process manpower vendor bills after checking their veracity and compliance.
Ensure hygiene and cleanliness of HOH.
Coordinate with Housekeeping and Engineering for upkeep of all HOH areas.
Keep an account of all materials purchased for team engagement activities.
Manage allocation of lockers and the maintenance of mens lockers.
Work and form relationships with internal management teams to know the ins and outs of their departments and better understand their hiring needs and job specifications.
Ensure filling up vacant positions in a timely manner through vendors and utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates.
Stay active with current job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent and support in hiring of Support (primarily) and On Roll team members on need basis only.
Responsible for arranging Female Team Accommodation if not available and is based upon requirement.
Ensuring proper coordination with Chauffeur responsible for Team pick/up and drop.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Qualification:
MBA(HR) / Graduate in any discipline with relevant experience.
Years of Experience:
2 3 years experience in relevant field.
Functional Skills:
* Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant or relevant role.
* Experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS.
* Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular).
* Thorough knowledge of labor laws.
* Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects.
* Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills.
