This is an on-site internship role for a Recruitment Executive located in Dehradun. The Recruitment Executive will be responsible for day-to-day tasks of HR, such as hiring, interviewing, and job description development. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required to counsel and guide potential candidates through the recruitment process.

• Experience in recruitment and HR field, preferably in the IT industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to counsel and guide potential candidates
• Proven ability to source, engage, and hire top talent
• Excellent proficiency in creating job descriptions and a deep understanding of job descriptions development
• Experience using tools such as Linkedin and recruiting software
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a relevant field
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills with a focus on process improvement
• Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively and individually
• Attention to detail and an appreciation for deadlines and meeting them
