PHINIA is currently seeking a dynamic, results-driven individual to serve as Senior Developer for our Corporate Web Applications team within PHINIA.
The Senior Developer will be a vital member of the Corporate Web Applications team, dedicated to developing and supporting cost-effective solutions tailored to meet the internal business needs of our company. This role is focused on building and enhancing solutions utilizing a range of technologies including SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, .NET, and Azure. As a key contributor to the Global Web Applications IT team, the Senior Developer will play a crucial role in leveraging these technologies to elevate the productivity and efficiency of our employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Support business teams and IT groups in capturing functional and business requirements.
• Participate in early assessments and provide recommendations for solutions.
• Assist in gathering functional and non-functional requirements and contribute to developing reliable and cost-effective solutions.
• Support existing solutions.
• Serve as an escalation point for the Help Desk team regarding supported solutions and technologies.
• Analyze existing solutions built on deprecated technologies and upgrade the solution to modern technologies.
• Creation of Power Automate Flows and Power Apps to support business processes.
• Assist in website design using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern page builders.
• Assist in providing strategies for automating business processes.
• Contribute to technology evaluations and recommendations and participate in Proof of Concepts (POCs) as needed.

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years of experience creating solutions using HTML, .NET, SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Azure is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Productivity Solutions.
• Basic architecture skills with a willingness to learn.
• Knowledge and some experience in application development and integration.
• Familiarity with the following technologies is desirable:
  • SharePoint On-Prem and Online (O365)
  • Microsoft 365 Productivity Platform
  • Power Automate and Flow
  • Power Apps
  • Basic programming skills (e.g., JavaScript, .NET, SQL)
  • PowerShell
  • Azure
  • GIT
• Strong, independent, team player with effective communication skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
