Our client, a leading non-banking financial company (NBFC) based in India, is actively searching for a consultant to join the CEO's office in Mumbai. The consultant will collaborate closely with the Chief Strategy Officer to shape and establish a well-functioning office.
As the chosen consultant, you will leverage your strategic acumen, leadership skills, and industry expertise to ensure the CEO's office operates efficiently. Your pivotal role will involve aligning all processes and systems with the company's strategic objectives, fostering effective decision-making, and facilitating seamless communication between the CEO's office and various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the setup and efficient functioning of the CEO's office, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Develop processes, policies, and procedures to facilitate effective operations and decision-making.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO's office and other departments, coordinating meetings and ensuring timely follow-up on action points.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, serving as the primary point of contact for the CEO's office.
- Assist the CEO's office in preparing for board meetings, presentations, and other engagements.
- Uphold the utmost confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
Ideal Background:
- 10 to 15 years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record of managing C-Level offices.
- BFSI experience is mandatory.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Profound understanding of corporate governance and performance management principles.
- Familiarity with diverse business functions such as marketing, PR, and finance.
- In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and best practices in general management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
This opportunity will be on a 6-month contract and requires the consultant to be based in Mumbai for the entire duration of the project.
