At present, We are having an urgent opening for SR. BRAND MANAGER - NPD for a REPUTED FMCG Co based at MUMBAI location.
The company is a fast-growing FMCG company with a yearly turnover of 3000+ crores having its international presence in Bangladesh, GCC countries, Nepal and ROW market.
Role Objective :
- The incumbent assumes for group of brand responsibility for monitoring all marketing & and branding activities while maintaining brand focus internally & externally.
- Develops the marketing & brand management strategy to support top line & bottom line growth & foray into new segments and innovative products.
- Directs the evaluation including brand definition & proposition, advertising concept, pricing, packaging, place and promotion for each category & brand.
- Assumes overall responsibility for Brand Activation.
- Ensures coordination with the sales department to implement & monitor all marketing initiatives.
- Track brand health parameters on a regular basis
- Incorporate the same into work plans to help improve brand health parameters
- Analyse data on a regular basis to capture market trends and brand performance
