Job Description - As the Operational Risk Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the Operational Risk framework within our organization. This pivotal role entails the identification, assessment, and mitigation of Operational Risks to ensure the organization's secure and compliant functioning.

Description :
- Risk Identification and Assessment - Conduct routine assessments to pinpoint potential Operational Risks
- Risk Mitigation and Control - Devise and execute efficient risk mitigation strategies and control measures
- Policy and Procedure Development - Craft and update policies and procedures for Operational Risk management
- Incident Management - Develop and uphold an incident response plan for Operational Risk events.
- Monitoring and Reporting - Establish key risk indicators (KRIs) and metrics to monitor the organization's risk profile.
Profile :
- Over 7 years of experience in Operational Risk management or a related field.
- Solid knowledge of risk management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and assess risks effectively.
- Familiarity with pertinent regulatory requirements and industry standards
