Senior Associate Communications

Carelon Global Solutions India is seeking a highly creative, intuitive, and meticulous Senior Associate, who will manage and run our branding campaigns, with major focus on social media content for our handles, along with the brand manager. The incumbent will report to Manager- Branding. This will also include executing the social media strategy and manage calendar along with the Brand Manager and agency.

The candidate must have hands-on experience with managing all the social media handles, must be very intuitive with the social media handles and have a should have a flair for creative content writing. The candidate should be able to write articles, mailer content, social media copy etc. Ideate and execute branding campaigns.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

Senior Associate Branding will be responsible for the following:

· Planning and executing branding campaigns,

· Focus on social media channel management:

o Regular calendar review/ updates with agency,

o Ideating new content for the social media channels along with Brand Manager,

o Collaborating with various stakeholders (global/ local/ agency/ departments) to curate content

o Social media strategy execution,

o Working on social media metrics and plans along with the brand manager,

o Org event amplification on social media handles

· Good understanding of storytelling, visualization, design and content,

· Act as the custodian of the corporate brand guidelines, style guides, and template while getting the content ready,

· Managing monthly brand performance metrics,

· Supporting on branding campaign planning and execution,

· Ensuring quality control over own work,

· Writing creative content for internal / external communication releases

QUALIFICATION

· BA English Literature / Mass Communication

· Master’s degree in Marketing/ Communication/ Media Studies

EXPERIENCE

· 6-9 years of experience in the field of brand management, social media marketing, content writing

· Experience of working in the marketing/communication department of organizations/agencies or in consulting

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

· Brand campaign planning and execution

· Social media content planning and execution

· Proven PowerPoint / Pitch presentation storytelling

· A strong hold on the English language with a flair for creative content writing and research

· Adept at reviewing content and converting it into a crisp, impactful stories

· Detail oriented with a keen sense of aesthetics and accuracy.

· Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.

· Flexibility to work in shifts and attend global meetings in the evenings.

· Social media content writing experience for business/leader updates/stories for internal and external communications
