What you will be doing at Evalueserve:
Good understanding of business concepts such as business models, market share, target market and segmentation, growth drivers etc. and ability to apply them across different sectors- Handling ad-hoc/unstructured client requests through good problem solving and logic testing skills and provide insightful research solutions to clients
- Strong secondary research skills with ability to work on sector profiles, benchmarking, competitive intelligence studies, market sizing and estimation, and other ad -hoc requests using tools such as online journals, websites, reports, databases
- Good data interpretation skills with ability to work with and analyze industry/company/macro - economic data and identify key trends and patterns
- Support Managers/Group Managers with proposal development, scoping, designing, and planning deliverables
- Working knowledge of databases such as Capital IQ, Fact set, Thomson Eikon, Pitchbook, Factiva, Lexis Nexis, and other financial databases
What we’re looking for:
3-5 years of relevant research experience.- Understanding of the consulting business environment, language, and processes
- Experience in working for private equity clients, corporate finance firms, mid -tier advisory firms will be good to have
- Well-acquainted with client-facing role and can manage client deliveries and communication (emails and conference calls)
- Eye for detail and ability to identify and solve issues effectively and on time
- High level of independent thinking and logical thinking approach
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Post-graduation degree in Finance or other relevant streams from top tier institute.
