Role Specs
- Formulation / Updation of wholesale banking credit Risk and related policies and procedures in line with regulatory guidelines.
- Timely tracking of RBI policies and directives of all wholesale Credit Risk related issues, providing updates to stakeholders and review of policies to ensure latest regulatory guidelines are incorporated/ implemented.
- Assist the seniors in CRMC/RMC activities as per the framework of the Bank in carrying out the responsibilities pertaining to Credit Risk management/board risk committee.
- Ability to convert data into meaningful analytics from credit policy formulating and analysis perspective.
- Need based detailed review of Industries/Segment of portfolios - Corporate Segment.
- Responsible for overall record keeping of minutes and other relevant papers / documents
- Assist seniors for coordination with the external and internal auditors and closure of reports etc.
Candidate Specs:
- Must have experience in wholesale Credit Risk and related policies formulation and implementation with a Commerical Bank or big name NBFCs.
- In depth understanding of relevant regulatory guidelines across wholesale banking segment
- Basic understanding of Credit Risk concepts, credit products and related processes
- Possess good written and communication skills.
- CA or MBA.
