- Prepare financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
- Ensure tax compliance including GST, TDS, and filing of returns.
- Conduct tax audits as necessary.
- Prepare management information systems (MIS) for effective decision-making.
- Review books of accounts and generate reports on payables and receivables.
- Prepare and review various tax returns.
- Coordinate with auditors for audit closure.
- Assist in providing advisory, litigation, and compliance support to clients.
- Handle client queries and provide timely resolutions.
- Demonstrate knowledge of corporate laws and stay updated with the latest amendments.
- Proficient in the latest updates of the Companies Act, Income-tax Act, and GST.
- Experience in filing GST, TDS, and income tax returns.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Tally, or similar accounting software.
- Knowledge of functionalities of Income Tax Portal, GST Portal, and MCA Portals.
- Willingness to learn and adapt with excellent communication skills.
