SAP Treasury Systems Administrator
Skill
- 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Finance background is a must
- Experience on TRAX, Banking Setup, Finance AP/AR is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Monitor Support mailbox’s and Service Now Tickets for Issues.
- Analyse Issues to find cause.
- Escalate to Level 2 Support if the issue is not fixed on own.
- Communicate with relevant Support Team, Business representative or Bank to get the issue fixed.
- Make sure all issues are logged on Service Now.
- Assist with testing and documenting any Developments or Enhancements to TRAX.
- Keep Global Treasury Support Team up to date with any local developments.
- Keep Business Documentation, Process Flows and Contact Lists up to date.
- Liaison with IT teams, Business users, Treasury & Banking teams.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, the ability to clearly and concisely communicate with others.
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Understands business processes for focus area or module.
- Ability to do research and perform detailed tasks.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Understands business functionality related to SAP module/application as well as can identify and understand touch points between modules.
- Understands how to solve detailed SAP problems.
- Understands and can explain best business practices, especially those that SAP enables.
