Form of work ROLE : BOLD is seeking for JIRA Admin who will provide quality system admin support for Jira, Confluence, and associated plug-ins, integrations including metrics reporting.
Manage upgrades, patches, availability and performance of Jira, along with installed Atlassian marketplace add-ons WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES : Addressing any jira access, custom implementation related request Creating the needed jira based reports/ dashboards etc.
Reviewing the current setup and cleaning up the space (duplicity, redundant elements etc.) where applicable Auditing and adherence to internal set standards etc...
