The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to set design standards and architect scalable solutions for Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Customer Success. In this high-profile role, you will be part of a team comprised of Administrators, Developers, and supporting resources, leading the way driving business transformation. .
What you’ll be responsible for:
Document and implement solution design standards, technical specifications, and other configurations for our Salesforce org. Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform and product. Lead technical design sessions; create, estimate, and solution user stories; develop technical solution documentation aligned with the business objectives. Salesforce thought leadership, educating team members and internal stakeholders on Salesforce platform best practices, and ensuring adherence across the implementation team. Map business requirements to Salesforce capabilities and decide when and which custom solutions (custom config or custom dev) are necessary. Collaborate with cross-functional solution architecture alignment (strategy/planning, architecture, business operations and enterprise technology delivery) to determine how best to architect Salesforce solutions as part of a consolidated tech stack. Documenting current and future state in terms of solution architecture, functional/technical specifications, data integration and data migration solution design.
Experience you’ll need:
Bachelors Degree in computer science, engineering or any field is required
5+ years working as a Salesforce Architect with the relevant Salesforce Certifications (ex. Data Architect, Sharing and Visibility Architect etc.)
Experience working with Copado/Git for Salesforce CI/CD as part of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Functional understanding of key Lead-to-Cash integration use cases and design patterns including Product and Pricing, Account/Address Validation, Tax Calculation, Provisioning/Fulfillment, ERP, Accounting/General Ledger, etc...
Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Bonus if you have:
Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification
FinancialForce / Certinia PSA Certification
Experience with event-driven architecture between Salesforce and MuleSoft, or equivalent middleware platforms.
