Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to join our team on a freelance basis. As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing effective Salesforce solutions for insurance cloud environments. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, analyze existing systems, and develop comprehensive Salesforce architectures that align with their needs. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the world.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical solutions using Salesforce and insurance cloud technologies.
Design, develop, and implement scalable and efficient Salesforce architectures tailored to meet the specific needs of insurance cloud environments.
Assess existing systems, data structures, and processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement within the insurance domain.
Lead the development and integration of custom Salesforce solutions, including configuration, customization, and data migration.
Provide technical guidance and support to development teams, ensuring the successful delivery of Salesforce projects within the insurance industry.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines, while managing expectations and ensuring client satisfaction.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and best practices, and proactively propose innovative solutions to enhance system performance and functionality.
Conduct system testing and quality assurance to ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of Salesforce solutions.
Document technical specifications, system architecture, and solution designs to facilitate knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect, with a strong focus on insurance cloud environments.
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, and Einstein Analytics.
Hands-on experience designing and implementing complex Salesforce architectures, including custom objects, workflows, formula fields, validation rules, and process builder.
Proficiency in Salesforce configuration and customization using declarative tools, such as Lightning App Builder, Process Builder, and Flow.
Familiarity with insurance industry-specific requirements, processes, and data models.
Strong understanding of integration patterns and experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
Solid understanding of cloud computing concepts, security best practices, and data management principles within the insurance domain.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and development teams remotely.
Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified System Architect or Salesforce Certified Application Architect, arehighlydesired.
