Job Description
- Material and production planning as per customer requested date
- Inventory control : TCT monitoring, reporting / Safety stock review / Forecast / Demand planning / VMI
- Inventory Control : Ageing analysis , Derive control measure , monitor RM/WIP/FG
- Levelling : Release and ensure adherence to levelled production plan, drive daily work management
- Daily production Review : Conduct review meeting with production and supporting functions
- Deviation / Escalation Management : Reports / Escalate production backlog / shortfalls
- Backlog Management : Ensure ZERO production backlog as per customer requested date
- Drive continues improvements / System CIP Projects
Qualifications
B.E Mechanical with 15 to 20 years of Experience
Preferred Knowledge / Skills / Exposure :
- Presentation skill
- Good communication skill
- Decision making ability
Must : SAP MM/PP Module knowledge, Power Bi
