Job Description - Closing / Sourcing Profile - Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team - Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expand company's customer base and ensure its strong presence. - Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team. - Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expand company's customer base and ensure its strong presence. - Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team. - Follow up for continuous. - To contribute and participate in the formulation and implementation of the sales strategy for the project. - To participate in the conceptualization & launch of sales initiatives to maximize order booking for the project. - To continuously track changing trends, price benchmarking, market dynamics, customer requirements & feedback and convey the same to the Managers/ Management Business Development and Channel Partner Management - To engage with all the channel partners for effective brand transition. - Design and plan the activities for efficient engagement with the targeted channel partners. - Consistently identify and qualify leads in designated markets through B2C sales calls. - Consistently build on the internal partners and self-sourcing to acquire new business and manage clients in collaboration with them. Conduct regular review meetings to drive more business. Client Relationship Building : - Actively follow through on potential customers based on their specific requirements. Possess in-depth product knowledge (and micro information at t h e project level) and communicate the same effectively to prospects. - In collaboration with the Team Lead/Business Head, meet with prospects, organize, and conduct site visits and strive to establish a strong client relationship with an aim to convert from proposal to definite closure status. - Play a key role during various stages of customer engagement till sales closure and provide support on query resolution. - Oversee / Monitor Leads, Negotiation and Closure of all potential Sales opportunities. Candidate Profile: Desired Candidate Profile - Any Graduate/ Postgraduate with Minimum 4 Years of relevant experience. - Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time. - Ability to work well under pressure. - Good social and interpersonal skills. - Ability to store and record information accurately. - Good written and oral communication skills. - Experience: 2 to 4 years - Annual CTC: Rupees 4LPA- 11 LPA
