Role & responsibilities
• Own and manage a team of Highly Motivated Financial Advisors
• Develop and execute plans to drive deep engagement, especially with key strategic relationships.
• Proactively determine customer meeting opportunities to ensure strategic alignment and to achieve revenue growth, including conducting recurring meetings via phone and in-person, and preparing/delivering quarterly business reviews.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling of Life Insurance Products
• Develop and maintain a deep technical understanding of the products of Life insurance policy
Preferred candidate profile
• Bachelor's Degree in any stream
• Proven Work experience required of 2 to 4 + sales of any field
• Strong Communications Skills
• Good conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills
• Leadership and team management skills
• Customer-oriented
