Business Development Representative (BDR)

Job Description
Develop and maintain a high level of fluency in Codvo’s offerings and acquire the ability to demonstrate the services and our rPOD model engagingly to both technical and business audiences.
- Research new and existing markets to create and grow a pipeline of potential leads
. • Understand complex organizations and reach out to the right contacts via outbound calls, emails, and social media.
- Book meetings for our Sales and Engagement teams.
- Deliver on KPIs like SQLs,MQLs, % Conversion, No of Reach outs, etc.
- Develop, maintain and nurture relationships with potential clients.
- Provide prompt responses to all prospects. Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or lead gen positions
- Experience with CRM software (preferably Zoho CRM), MS Office, LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Lead Generation tools (such as Adapt, Lusha, etc)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to deliver results
- Strong time management and organizational skills
Experience: 5+ Years
Work timings: 6:00 pm-3:00 am or 4:00 PM to 1 AM
