Intelligent Sales and Customer Operations provides an end-to-end, integrated, seamless solution across marketing, Sales and service. The solutions enable clients to drive sustainable growth by enhancing their capabilities to deliver consistent, hyper-relevant experiences across the customer lifecycle. You will need an understanding of using Accenture sales processes, tools, metrics, and techniques that support our aggressive sales goals In this role you will deliver end-to-end Sales and pricing process support for client account teams, Leadership, and other internal teams across Accenture. Champion best practices and Sales and pricing process standards and provide triage support and training for sales tools. Support Sales Excellence Leadership and Business Partners in driving efforts across multiple Sales Excellence service areas, driving the execution of our sales processes. Drive continual improvement through automation and a standardized service delivery. What are we looking for? • B2B/B2C Sales • Inside Sales • Sales Enablement • Sales and Channel Management • Sales Operations (Sales Excellence) • Problem-solving skills • Ability to perform under pressure • Adaptable and flexible • Negotiation skills • Written and verbal communication Roles and Responsibilities Sales Support Analyst Provide simple administrative tasks as requested for, but not limited to, the Retail and Commercial sales team including but not limited to the following roles: Sales Analyst, BW Programs Analyst, Site Experience Analyst, Commercial Sales Support Specialist, Project and Process Advisor, Compliance Analyst, Contracts Analyst, and Market Development Advisor. Provide simple administrative tasks as requested to support for, but not limited to, the following programs: Site Experience Program – SEP and associated compliance (mystery shopper, 3-strikes), Brand Marketing Improvement Program - BMI (site operations execution improvement), Business Incentive Program - BIP and Marketing Assistance Program - MAP (financial support, directly linked to contract negotiations with BWs), Image Enhancement Program - IEP, Marker Program (fuels misbranding deterrence and identification), and Educational Alliance. Provide simple administrative tasks as requested to support the Global Product Quality Management System (“GPQMS”), Business Continuity Plans (“BCP”), and Cybersecurity Preparedness and Response Plans. Provide simple administrative tasks as requested to support the Retail and Commercial Sales organizations by coordinating compliance with the following internal management systems and requirements: Global Contract management System (‘GMCS”), Record Management Guidelines (“RMG”), Security, Safety, Health&Environmental (“SSHE”) requirements, and controls. Complexity of the tasks will be determined during Transition. Administrative tasks include but are not limited to the following activities detailed below. Provide administrative tasks or logistics for ad-hoc meetings and events to include prepping materials and creating requested reports. Update and maintain Buyer’s customer hierarchy file for respective Sales Areas, identify and correct differences in content between Buyer’s Master Databases in Enterprise Resource Planning (“ERP”) systems and other platforms where the content resides in Buyer’s customer relationship management platform (FX360). Update and maintain sales opportunity information as the opportunity progresses through the sales cycle for accuracy against current status, update opportunity in Buyer’s customer relationship management platform (FX360). Update customer segmentation information using designated format and segmentation model provided by Buyer - to be conducted annually. Create and provide requested sales reports using a list of identified reports agreed upon between Buyer and Contractor.
