AddressRole-We are looking for
- An experience professional to help set up the infrastructure required for analytics & responsible for the creation of data warehouses, formula data governance & develop analytics based solutions and report using visualization tools
- Develop an analytics strategy while working with the IT function to develop data infrastructure
- Create and execute a solution development roadmap across client portfolio
- Drive organizational adoption of data driven decision making
Responsibilities:
What you will do?
- This is a senior role & role holder is expected to guide the team leads and yet have operational responsibility of leading hands-on in delivering analytical projects
- Influence data science approaches for analytics, reporting & measurement as well as product ownership
- Serve as a champion of data-driven decision making to advancing Cheil's capabilities in analytics
Requirement:
Experience and Education:
- 15+ years of experience in data & analytics with experience in marketing, retail, pricing, customer analytics is critical
- Cross functional experience is needed to lead this team
- Hands-on experience with statistical modeling recommendation engines, forecasting is a must
- Analytics based product development and managing delivery is required
- Masters degree in a quantitative field like Applied Math, Statistics, Operations Research, Engineering
