Address- Generate enquiries & get the sale using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations, web conference etc).
- Send company profile to all enquiries generated.
- Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships.
- Identify sales leads and convert leads to sustainable sales.
- Apply & keep record of UQN for sales leads.
- Maintain and expand client database.
- Initiate and improve customer relations via customer interaction, with special emphasis on customer visits for demo at our Office.
- Provide customers with technical expertise.
- Prepare & Send Quotes with technical specs in prescribed format to Customer as per their actual requirement. Maintain record & Follow up on quotes sent.
- Collect PO from customer with all the terms & conditions with payment as per payment terms and submit the same to concerned BH for further processing.
- Follow up from customer for payment as per payment term.
- Coordinate with concerned BH for Order Processing/ PI/ Dispatch etc till the m/c reached at customer site.
- Reply all the queries/ mails etc. received from customer.
- Installation visit at customer site.
- Feedback from customer.
- Meet sales targets.
- Provide monthly/ weekly report in prescribed formats.
