We are looking for a dynamic Sales Director to contribute to our revenue growth. In this role, you will be responsible for owning all revenue expansion activities within India different region. Your primary goal will be to drive revenue growth, build strong client relationships with large enterprise accounts, and strategically position our product in the market. You will also develop market strategies, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.Responsibilities: Drive revenue and achieve the quota for assigned territory or accountsDevelop and execute the sales strategy for the region to achieve revenue targets and market share goals.Establish and nurture relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to expand the company's presence in the region.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.Provide input and insights to refine product offerings and pricing strategies based on market feedback and competitive intelligence.Responsible for leading and managing a team, providing guidance, setting objectives, and fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.Capable of managing a multi-stakeholder environmentLead negotiations for key contracts and partnerships, ensuring favorable terms and sustainable relationships that drive long-term value.Own and run the entire sales process. Exhibit full account ownershipAble to establish Shipsy in a position of thought leadership with the customerDrive growth of existing strategic accounts and acquire new enterprise customersKeep abreast of competition, competitive issues and productsTravel to customer locations in support of sales effortsRequirements:8+ years of experience selling SaaS WMS (Warehouse Management)solutions to enterprise accountsExperience with acquiring new logos, revenue growth, and developing and implementing sales strategiesWillingness to travel occasionally for in-person meetings, events and deal closure.Consistent overachievement of sales goals in a large geographic territoryExcellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends.Strong team collaboration skills across different organizations within the companyProficiency in sales processes, CRM hygiene, sales cadenceKey traits will include a strategic thinker, adept leader, and passionate about driving sales growth in the region
