Job descriptionSummary:As a Sales Manager for cybersecurity products, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by proactively engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and effectively promoting our products or services. The ideal candidate is a results-driven individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for building lasting customer relationships.Location: We are hiring for 3 different locations.Pick ANY 1 location that suits you.Bangalore: Focused on the Bangalore & South India region.Gurugram: Handling the Delhi/NCR & North Indiaregion.Mumbai: Overseeing the Mumbai/West India region.Responsibilities:● Minimum 2+ years of experience in Cyber Security Sales and/or IT Software Sales is a must● Prospecting and Lead Generation.● Ready to commute to meet the Client in person.● Conduct outbound calls, emails, and other communication methods to identify and qualify potential leads.● Research and target prospects to build a robust pipeline of sales opportunities.Client Engagement:● Communicate product or service features and benefits clearly to potential clients.● Understand customer needs and tailor product/service offerings to meet those needs.● Provide product demonstrations and presentations as necessary.● Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.● Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients.● Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure successful deal closure.● Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.● Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication to build rapport.● Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.● Track and report sales activities and progress using CRM tools.● Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.Qualifications: ● MBA or equivalent degree in Business, or a related field● Proven experience in Business Development, Inside sales or a similar role.● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.● Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.● Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.● Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.● Excellent negotiation and closing skills.● Self-motivated and able to work independently.______________________________________________________________________________Interview Process:We take pride in our transparent and straightforward approach.
