Showcase your talent in Sales and Marketing, executes support service to the General Manager in order to reach the establishment strategic goals.
Participate in preparation and achievement annual hotel business plan for rooms, F&B and minor operating departments.
Set and maintains the yield management strategies along with Director of Revenue and General Manager
Ensuring field sales team are regularly updated with market trends and clients’ needs and follows up on their activities’ outcome.
Brainstorm and build on all Marketing Campaigns, Collateral and activities to establish the brand and the hotel in the market.
Oversees the celebrations, meeting and events team making sure targets are met and customers are satisfied.
Manage all aspect of the Sales and Marketing activities to ensure defined targets are exceeded.
Provide clear direction, establishes goals and appropriate timeframes.
Participate in all Expositions, Trade fairs, Sales Visits to feeder markets to source business and establish relationships
Conducts performance review and evaluate team’s performance. Coaches and impact team member development plans within the department.
