You will primarily be in charge of reaching out to all leads which come from marketing and turning them into sales and then tracking the whole journey of the order till it reaches the customer. You will also be a helping hand in research while generating leads.

- Assist in generating leads and research
- Coordinate scheduling with clients and new leads

- Coordinate shipping and delivery
- Handle customer inquiries and issues
- Calling leads on an everyday basis
- Checking in with customers after delivery
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Customer-service oriented
- Needs to know basic Excel
- Smooth communication skills in both Hindi and English
