Key Responsibilities:
- Developing Sales and Marketing Strategies:
- Market Analysis: Conducting market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends.

Desired Candidate Profile
Education and Certifications:

q Additional technical qualifications in mechanical are a plus.
Experience:
q Minimum 4-6 years of experience in sales and marketing roles.
q Relevant experience within the manufacturing company.
q Previous technical sales experience in engineering manufacturing environment.
q Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Technical / Functional Expertise & other competencies:
q In-depth knowledge of casting processes, materials, and industry standards.
q Proficient in sales and marketing techniques, including digital marketing and social media.
q Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
