AddressWe are seeking an ambitious and energetic Assistant Manager - Business Development to help us expand our clientele. You will be at the company's forefront and dedicated to creating and applying an effective Business Development strategy. This position is open to remote candidates.
What you will be doing
Understanding our service portfolio in-depth, set targets, and lay out a detailed plan on how you will achieve those targets.
You will remain involved in the sales process & will be responsible to close deals.
You will collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies and solutions.
What You Won't Be Doing
Setting your own targets and failing to achieve; we won't believe in excuses; set your own standard and do everything to achieve.
Depending on the senior team to chase you; we are looking for someone who is responsible.
Passive or reactive working; we expect you to be proactive; generally, responsible teammates are.
Don't expect we will spoon-feed you in anything. Feel free to discuss and set your own directions.

1. Your English communication is not good
2. You have no international exposure to the sales process.
3. You keep no knowledge of IT and branding services from a sales perspective.
Qualifications & Experience
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or higher, a minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Development in International sales with a proven track record.
Nice-to-have Requirements
If you are already working in a similar role; keeps a good knowledge of sales CRM like Hubspot; LinkedIn sales navigator.
Location: Remote (Pacific InfoTech has offices in India and the UK, but this position can be fully remote)
Salary: 6 – 8 Lac per year.
