- 8-12 years' experience across Growth & Retention marketing and customer lifecycle management
- Experience building strategies for App, Email, CRM, SMS, Push, WhatsApp, loyalty/rewards, etc.
- Deep experience across customer segmentation, journeys, and promotions in an App + Web environment
- Hands on experience with AB Testing & Experimentation - Data-driven experimentation of concepts, campaigns, campaign structure, platforms, commercial models to drive metrics
- 3-5 years' experience in ecommerce/D2C with hands on expertise with tool across:
Analytics & Attribution (Google Analytics, Adobe, Tableau, AppsFlyer etc.)
CRM (Salesforce, Kapture etc.)
CMS (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce etc.)
Marketing & Reporting (CleverTap, MoEngage, Mixpanel, Google Ads, Facebook Ads etc.)
- Result-oriented with an exceptional track record of developing profitable retention marketing programs and meeting and exceeding performance & revenue goals.
- Strong leadership skills and a proven ability to manage, mentor, and develop high-performing teams
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously to effectively optimize time and resources in line with business impact
- Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills; data driven decision-making; and a passion for continuous testing and optimization
- Highly self-motivated individual with an entrepreneurial spirit with ability to build effective cross functional relationships with multiple teams

- Expert in Beauty & Personal Care market ecosystem and customer journeys

- Bachelor's Degree; Master's degree is a plus
