Job Overview

We are looking for a Retail Counter Sales Associate to join our team at EmpowerHire Associates. As a Retail Counter Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and driving sales at our Retail Counter. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore Rural, Karnataka, India. The ideal candidate for this role should have 1 to 3 years of experience in retail sales and possess strong communication and presentation skills. They should also have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating leads.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to all customers visiting the Retail Counter
• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing products based on their needs
• Maintain a clean and organized Retail Counter area
• Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate accounting of all sales
• Promote and upsell products to customers
• Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly basis
• Generate leads and build a customer base
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
• Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales goals
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
