Job description

  • Responsible for the achievement of revenue and profit targets and for the disciplined execution of jobs
  • Training and coaching teams on the job, besides supporting the teams in planning and analyzing the studies.
  • Prepare Proposals, Research Design, Field Briefings, and the review the Presentations made by juniors.
  • You will work with our Qualitative/ other SL teams to propose seamless solutions for our clients’ market needs.
  • Responsible for the achievement of revenue and profit targets and for the financially[1]disciplined execution of jobs
  • Establishing a Client-Service Excellence culture with your teams
  • Responsible for output of the team, service delivery.
  • Supporting the SL in building Ipsos reputation, particularly in what regards quality, client service and deliverables excellence.
  • Other sundry managerial duties as required.

The Automotive and Mobility Development (AMD) team offers research and consulting services across the product life cycle ranging from:
  • Advanced Product Clinics to influence the design and development of future products;
  • Buyer Behavior Tracking and Benchmarking studies to inform why consumers buy, or avoid buying, a product;
  • Quality Measurement Tracking and Benchmarking of the overall “in-market” customer experience with the product, as well as;
  • Ad-hoc Quantitative and Qualitative studies around the changing automotive and mobility landscape
