Relationship Manager - Project Finance - Nbfc (4-7 Yrs)

RM - Project Finance

Key Responsibilities:

- Sourcing and managing relationships with target clientele
- Strong technical ability - Industry and financial analysis
- Ability to handle transactions independently.
- Developing detailed financial models for viability analysis
- Preparation of credit presentations and appraisal notes
- Liaising with clients for transaction activities like information gathering, due diligence, term sheets etc.
- Coordinating with legal counsel and client for completing legal documentation
- Coordinating disbursements, follow on activities and asset monitoring Qualifications:
Postgraduate in Business Management / CA
Experience:
- 4 - 7 years, preferably from bank or NBFC in Wholesale/Infrastructure financing
- Experience in Project Finance
- Ability to handle execution (credit evaluation, financial modelling, CreditNote preparation, Legal documentation) of debt transactions in infra sectors end to end.
- Preferable - Exposure to lending towards infra sectors like Renewable,Transmission, Roads, Airports, Logistics etc
