Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end monthly endorsements for your clients
- Email communications with clients and partners.
- Follow-throughs with clients and partners
- Communication with the employees regarding their claims
- Explanation of the claims process
- Managing the escalation related to claims
- Onboard new clients to Nova’s platform
- Conduct Quarterly Business Review meetings with your clients
We're looking for the following characteristics in the person
- Strong spoken and written communication skills in English
- Highly detailed oriented
- "Hunger" to achieve and "Can do" attitude
- Decent knowledge of excel formulas and basic accounting
- Passion for working for a tech startup
- Ability to stay organized and disciplined to meet targets
- Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to constant follow-throughs with clients and vendors
- Your Experience Across The Years in the Roles You’ve Played -2-3 years experience working in the claims team
Background in Broking firm, TPA, Insurance or hospital insurance desk
- Should be comfortable with Microsoft Excel, Zoho CRM, Gmail, Google Sheets, and Slack
