Relationship Officer/ Relationship Manager (Multiple positions)
Client industry: Housing Finance
Locations: : North - Indore, Ghaziabad, Ahmedabad, Rajkot
South Chennai, Coimbatore, Nellore, Vijaywada , Bangalore, Mysore
Maharashtra Pune, Aurangabad, Kalyan
- Role: Relationship Officer (RO)
- Experience: 6 months to 2 years any Sales (Field sales) experience
- Role: Relationship Manager (RM)
- Experience: 2 years and above sales experience in Home loan sector preferred, especially from the Affordable segment
- Qualifications: Candidates should be interested in joining and selling affordable housing with higher interest rates starting from 12% and above.
Additionally:
- Candidates with a minimum qualification of 12th pass are welcome, with relevant experience and the potential to earn incentives.
- Age requirement: 20 to 33 years (exceptions on a case-by-case basis).
Sales and Business Development: Identify potential customers and create strategies to expand the customer base.
Product Knowledge: Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the company's products and services i.e Home Loan (Affordable Housing) & LAP
Regularly interact with clients to understand their financial requirements and provide personalized assistance.
Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Market Research: Stay up to date with market trends, competitor offerings, and their policies and regulations.
Use this information to adapt sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
Sales Targets: Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, sales activities, and relevant data in the CRM system.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to all regulatory and internal guidelines while promoting and selling financial products and services
